Oh, all these feelings, what to do with them?

Maybe not be the one 'deciding/ controlling Justice' today?!
But neither let anyone else tell you what fairness is, and taking advantage of your felt sense of uncertainty and tentative search for inner trut - do not take on or subscribe to someone else's opinion/perception of truth just to 'belong'!

Healing through release of emotions in a group setting with guidance, rather than stuffing your arm down the throat and pulling them out by the roots - doing it 'all by yourself'!

Can't say that I find the first dude looking that sympathetic, but the combination makes me ponder if the advice isn't to be more 'forward' with what one have - even if there are parts telling you to 'hold on', 'hold back' and not 'take up space'
