Struggling to move forward/on/away when in pain.

Moving away from fire and work. But should we?
The message isn't super clear. We have the deck of 'skewed perspectives', and a reversed card.

Why are we in pain? What is that sword in the thigh about?
What is the task we're shunning from or want to escape?
Why? 
Our inner fire is lit and we're scared of it? Afraid to work for it?
Afraid it will hit back - 'explode in our face' (the thunderbolt of Zeus)?

Today I see more questions than answers.
