Is there really a hard decision to make, or is it just us thinking so?

Or is it hard because we use our head trying to 'solve' something?
Because our head want to only se black and white, right and wrong?
We need to 'rise above' and feel the energies in our body to know the next right step.

Ride that emotional wave #EmotionalAuthority
Listen to our gut's yes or no/not now #SacralAuthority

Relying on our heads in decision making only gets us into trouble, discomfort or dis-ease.
Maybe someone or something outside of us rushes us to make a decision.
Maybe we fool ourselves that we need to make a decision now, but do we really?
If our bodies haven't made a decision yet it's best if we 'sit with our options' a little while longer.

Or dance (play) with them. Feel them in and with our hands.
Letting answers and choices come to us rather than force them (try to find them prematurely). 

Trusting the process and "waiting" until a calm 'knowing' arises.
