Pondering uneven distribution of engagement and difference in priorities.

Is it really a matter of imbalance or are we 'showing up' differently? Doing DIFFERENT kind of work.
What is truth and what is colored perception here?

Maybe WE are simply doing 'too much', having too high expectations on both ourselves and another?!
Why not mind our own business and give others full freedom to make their own choices and priorities? (EVEN different from what we would like or have done)

If we don't like it we ARE free to go!
We ARE free to pick and chose people who 'contribute and prioritize to our liking', if we're THAT bothered.
Walking away is a more evolved choice than trying to change people or judging and harboring resentment regarding their choices - or rather, resenting our own lack of courage to move on.

Or, what is it about 'not getting it our way'?!

Maybe we should contemplate our own priorities and why we are bothered with how others prioritize, and why we feel they're 'choosing wrong'.

Bottom line, it's important to pause and reflect before (re)acting on whatever imbalance we perceive in our current situation.

Maybe it is as simple as someone being silent/absent.
Which 'triggers us more for each day', as our heads cook up stories for 'explanation' - each one worse than the one before ,:)
It's that inner victim who is so sensitive to abandonment and/or 'lack of engagement/contribution'.

Why not just let others be silent if they want or need that - whether WE like it or not!
Let's assume it's NOT about us but THEIR patterns and hurts.
Let's use their "absence" not for fear based judgements or ruminations but for, yes - minding our own business and practice even harder on making authentic choices and priorities - regardless and independently of others' choices!!

The situation is like a messy ball of yarn, and right now we just don't know enough to see or know where the beginning and end is - let's not pretend that we do!
