Deep healing.

Though we since like forever have tried to bandage our wounded hearts so meticulously, it still hurts.
We still get triggered. 
There are still people, behaviors and words that can penetrate even the thickest layers!

Because the bandages are merely crutches - like iron on horses hooves.
It may momentarily give support - necessary only if actually broken - but otherwise: not the route to healing.

The route to healing is correct nourishment and movement!
Being a loving parent to ourselves - hold ourselves, be gentle with ourselves, give ourselves what we need. Hang out with people who empower us - who scratch our backs and let us scratch theirs. Who appreciate US - not only what we do, or for what we can do for them.
And the movement part - the heart wants (needs) to be used and exercised!
That done by opening, and by showing (being) love!
As much as we possible can.
It may have to be in small portions in the beginning, and depending on circumstances.

A leg just out of it's cast has to be carefully trained back to full function!

But we're certainly on the right track!
