Changes!
Changes for our greater good. Though the latter might not be how we perceive it in the moment, as it is change we have none or little control over!
Or a lot, considering that we're responsible for our attitude towards them and our responses to these changes - and how we chose to perceive these changes and how we respond to them will greatly affect the outcome. 

Will we let out survival instincts and immediate reactions (possibly rooted in trauma) take the best of us, or will we take our time and connect with our essence and inner wisdom before acting and responding? (and take the opportunity to embrace the trauma response and heal the root cause)
