The Sun + The Empress, Lost Tarot of Nostradamus + Broken Mirror
Accepting dimmed light and delayed conception.
Again we have the resisted or maybe rather delayed happiness.
Maybe it's because it can take time to dig up something once buried?
Or, it can take time to process and heal trauma - dispel darkness (the buried) by bringing it into the light - and 'become open and willing/capable to receive' again.
It's not that there's no sun, we just can't see it for the clouds veiling it.
If your essence is covered by the memories of past experiences and false beliefs rooted in them, that has to be cleared away before we can fully experience fertility, receptivity and natural creativity, and be truly nurturing to ourselves and others.
Also: this is true for others too!
So before we label someone withdrawn, indecisive, erratic or the opposite - caring to the point of smothering - they might have stuff covering their true essence. And if unaware - literally don't know what they do.
That's when we need to have compassion, and maybe offer the energy of security and stability. Support maybe - but beware of smothering or 'trying to change'. It's more about encouraging self-expression and holding space.
And the same for ourselves - allow time for the healing process. Not to push ourselves. Not force ourselves to receive before we're ready.
Even if we're aware of the clouds diming our light it takes time for them to dissolve.
Time for 'new neural pathways'. Time for rewriting the old narrative.
It's one thing to 'know intellectually', and another to actually integrate it give ourselves new experiences overriding the old.
It takes time to put together the pieces of a broken mirror - but boy what a piece of art we can make if we take our time!
