The Sun + Queen of Pent's, Catomancy + Celestial

Another pushing of the limits for how much uncertainty and 'not knowing' we can manage!

We wish we were 'basking in the sun', but rather we're flat on our backs from exhaustion ,:)
Exhausted not by physical work, but heavy spiritual and mental lifting - 'enlightenment (sun) work'.

There have been many little 'victories' lately. New responses to old emotional reactions, and even an absence of emotional reactions in many places were we used to have them.
That's supposed to be good right?!
Indeed! But no matter how 'positive', this kind of deep reprogramming actually takes a lot of energy.
Because we're walking unknown, and maybe previously avoided, ground.

So it's not that we're 'falling down again' - we're actually expanding!
Not all growing look pretty - it's not a pain-free business to grow new muscles and strength!

Whatever typical 'symptoms' (anxiety, tension, headaches) we're bestowed with they typically becomes worse for a bit even when we're doing the right things and becoming more aligned.
It's the ol' 'safety system' warning us that we're pushing our 'safety zone'.
What used to be safe that is. According to old beliefs, old ways, old thinking.

Unfortunately the safety zone doesn't immediately change or expand with the thinking, it's a slower more hands-on process!, as it's hard-wired into our bodies ,:)

We might feel exhausted, but we're in more control than we feel - it's just that it's not 'rational control', it's 'intuitive control' - a deep sense of trust (in the stars/creation)

Part of us is totally trusting - another, not so much! #IFS
Part of us believes, and see - another, needs to see to believe! Wont believe we will survive until it's proven. Will worry and fret until there's 'evidence' - certainty.

So the exhaustion might just be a case of 'too much uncertainty for too long'.

Let's trust that the universe won't give us greater tasks than we're made for.
Whatever is happening, it's necessary for optimal growth (not optimal comfort ;)).
