The Moon, Catomancy Tarot
A bunch of kittens serenading the moon, what the heck can that mean?!
The Moon - a card too often described in negative words if you ask me. I read fear, anxiety, misconception, instability.
Sure, here and there I find 'intuition'.
Why is this?
Is it merely mirroring how awfully separated we've become from the feminine and nature?
Making us (collectively) so afraid of the subconscious, the hidden, the mysterious - and our intuition.
Emotions are considered something annoying, disturbing or even 'sick' - when they 'hinder us' from doing this or that for example. (But we don't complain over the 'positive ones'...)
We (collectively) yearn for the sun to shine 24/7, for constant light and laughter - and hope to find it through ignoring and repressing the dark. Pretending it don't exist - until it overtakes us, then we run to the doctor's office to 'fix' us...
Let's be the ones changing this, shall we?!
The age-old truth: what we resist persist!
The only way to 'fix' it is to stop resisting it!
To embrace it - to serenade it :)
With the courage of a thousand kittens!
Instead of running around like frightened sheep desperately searching for a shepherd ;)
If enough of us act with the courage of the kitten and the integrity of the cat, things will change!
We may be called witches by many - the ones afraid of the mystery, afraid of dreaming, afraid of listening to the voice of their souls - but what does it matter what frightened people think?
Let's be the ones facing and embracing the fear instead of succumbing and disappearing into to it!
Let's be the ones serenading the moon and mystery and wisdom she holds!
Let's embrace our intuition and all our emotions - they all carry wisdom, they all carry messages.
Messages of our own true path.
The path that can't be seen with the eyes - "in broad daylight" - but can only be found through looking within, into the dark!
