The Lovers + Five of Pent's, True Heart Intuitive + Mary-el
Not a time to change or act, but staying committed though despairing.
Two cards talking about loss and disappointment. The first points to the relational part of life or choices we've made, and the second the 'physical side' in general - the trad P5 shows two people outcasted and broken, out in the cold.
Boy, what a dull and depressive state.
But that's ok!
What if we just subtract all the stories around the situation and feelings and just feel for a little bit, before we do anything else?
Let the feelings just be what they are, with no labels.
Just like you would (hopefully) remain open and welcoming to a child or a friend coming to you, feeling somewhat shitty and low for whatever reason.
It's not recommended to meet it or brush it of with a "don't mind the outside stuff", "cheer up", or to come with solutions, and certainly not explanations.
"you can't solve a feeling problem with thinking"
Whatever we are currently feeling, it's there - for a reason.
The key is to not try to understand it, but look at it, and feel it. Again, without labels or stories.
Clearly show that we have the time, and don't mind listening to our bodies expressions and experiences.
Without projecting them outwards. Without shaming others, OR ourselves.
We have NOT made poor choices, or been outcasted or rejected.
But it's totally fine and good to FEEL like it is so.
Feel it fully!
Open to all of it!
It will NOT kill us to do so! Or pull us into full "depression".
As long as we don't get caught in narratives about the feelings - and believe them.
Once the feelings have been fully felt they will subside.
That's how to stay committed to ourselves and our choices!
