Picking apart what's hindering us from hearing our heart's voice.

"A choice is offered to you that could change everything. Listen to your heart's guidance. Follow the path of Love."

Yet after a couple of days of emotional overwhelm comparable to a forest fire (YD cards) it's not the easiest thing to hear our heart's soft voice ,:)
Though 'the worst is over' the patterns keep nagging us, as our vulnerability is high, because of this 'choice offered'.
Many MANY are the patterns that don't want us to 'give in'. 'Give up our independence'.
They give us SO many reasons. Most of them contradicting each other.

The desperate "Don't give in - it will hurt too much to lose it"
The cold "Don't give in - you don't TRULY want it, and it will just be a mess to get out of again"

Different patterns find and read in something bad at every turn - again, contradictory stuff.
ANYTHING to keep us afraid, closed and resistant.
Or as the patterns like to call it: SAFE.

And the always running pattern: "we must know what THEY think, feel and want before we CAN choose (and act or speak)..."
And it's unrelated friend: "we must wait until we are READY"
None of that will happen!! Which the patterns know...

And UPON this, like a red bow, a pattern of self-loathing and resignation, stating the fact that we 'will never get rid of' all these other patterns. We are too broken. We will never get what it is we truly want and dream of.

We now must have the courage to look ALL these patterns in the eye.
We HAVE the strength to not succumb.
And skill to 'pick them apart', and 'reveal their lies'.
NOT argue with them, judge them, or defend ourselves against them.
Just reveal the contradictory lies they present as truths, and just choose to not believe them any more.
And instead believe what actually SUPPORTS us, and our growth.

And then once again hear the voice of our heart!
