Focus on yourself, and your own self-awareness - not monitoring others'!

Maybe also drop defenses and covers, and reveal a little bit more of yourself - it might inspire others to open up and reveal more of themselves too?

(As mentioned, the past two days decks I'm not the biggest fan of. While I maybe not immediately-connect with this one either I find the art style really beautiful ! :) )
