Saying yes only to things that nurture others AND (first and foremost) ourselves!

(NOT in terms of nurturing our fears ,:) Help or care to keep shame or guilt away for example.)

Sure, many are the occasions when 'lending a helping hand' is all nice and good, but ever so often we 'help' at the expense of ourselves. We "give away our energy".
It's crucial to become aware of when this has or is happening, or best case scenario - when it's about to happen.
A sure sign of this is hearing our mind say that someone else is 'taking' our energy, or 'I wish I didn't have to do this'.

We now have the opportunity to rewrite some stories and habits regarding this. Make a distinct shift in how we direct our energy and our 'helping'.

We know in our gut that a change have to be made in this department, but there's a palpable fear of "making a wrong choice". A palpable fear of 'hurting others' - as we have a deep programmed belief that it's 'selfish' or 'hurtful' to say yes to ourselves and no to others.

The first card explicitly talks about "squandering and misuse of resources" and the second about the "giving away of energy". So let's use our current life situation to become intensely (and probably) painfully aware how this have and are showing up in our lives - and prepare to make a shift in our choices in this regard!
