Ten of Swords + Four of Swords, Osho Zen + Meryl
Stop tying yourself up to please others - withdraw and focus on taking care of yourself and your own matters!
"he has repressed his own vitality trying to meet so many demands and expectations"
"the danger of suppressing one's own natural energy in this way is apparent in the cracks of a volcanic eruption about to take place around the edges of the image"
The card talks about 'finding a healing outlet' - the second card hints about what it is :)
Taking care of ourselves!
Rest our mind and our body.
It doesn't have to be a bath or through inactivity - whatever GIVES us energy, or the least: puts a halt to the 'draining'.
Taking a walk, tending the garden.
Whatever it is, the focus must be on US and OURS. Our body. Our resources.
As much 'out of our heads' as possible - swords on the floor.
No FIXING. No trying to 'untie the knots'.
The knots are from 'doing the wrong things', and the solution is ... stop doing them :)
Not talking ABOUT it! Not rearranging.
Withdrawing into our loge, like a movie star (Meryl)!
A loge with all the things WE love.
Alone, or with people who truly appreciate us and honor our space.
