How open have our hearts become?

Are our actions based on 'rights' we think we have - and binding others to us - or is it based on Freedom?

Freedom for others to come and go. 
Go and come back, at the time of their own choice.
Can we accept their choices? 
Or do we harbor a sense of 'right/wrong' and others 'owing us' stuff?

Are our dreams and love spacious enough to allow for others to be who they are - now - or do our "love" and gifts come with ifs, buts and all kinds of 'strings attached'?
Do we offer unconditional love or merely some sort of 'heartfelt affection' only when we feel that others 'meet our needs' (aka a shit load of conditions)?

Can we stand love coming back to us in another form than we offer?
Can we stand love coming back to us in another form than we 'want'? 
Can we stand so called unrequited love?
Can we muster the strength and courage to BE and pour out love, even in front of (others' or our own) fear? 

Great is the challenge!
Greater is the potential reward.
