How are we overdoing one at the expense of another?
How is the balance between practicality (earth) and spontaneity (fire)?
Talking (air) and feeling (water)?

A lot of Earth - patience - is needed for this process. These things typically don't change (reverse) overnight.
The #Pause is our best friend in this 'state of transition'.
Taking the time to tune in to our body before every decision and action.
Some things need to be done 'no matter how we feel about it' - but how important it is to register how we feel about it anyways. As to make adjustments for the future.
To promise ourselves to cut down on things we don't feel good about - and invest more (of ourselves and our resources) in the things we do.

What we feel might not 'make sense' - to others or ourselves!
We may find that our inner knowing/truth may "contradict" what we think or believe.
And may induce confusion, resistance, frustration or any other version of 'fear'.
But fear not my dear!

We are here to DO US - everyone else is taken.
We're not here to follow #AgeOfAquarius
