Things are about to change, and/because they have to.

This thanks to acting with massive courage and doing fierce alchemy work.

Because we're so extremely focused on expansion and growth, and believe so strongly in radical responsibility. And that's not what the general Joe considers responsibility to be.
We're talking evolutionary responsibility here, which typically includes 'breaking some societal rules and norms' - and 'dying to ourselves' over and over and over again.

That requires a shitload of strength (Tiger). A shitload of determination and discipline. A shitload of emotional awareness and self-control.
Control of our own responses to everything, and most of all - 'taking right action regardless of how we feel'.
To never 'act out' - to the absolute best of our capacity.
To be who we want to be every hour, minute, second of our day - to the absolute best of our capacity. No matter how much our emotions storm inside, no matter how many old patterns scream for attention, and action.

That's true alchemical work.

And 'because of this', or thanks to this, we are now getting closer and closer to a "huge upheaval".

A life we've 'prepared a lifetime for'.
Everything until now has been preparation for THIS.
Now 'we are finally strong enough' - for the life we 'were meant to live the whole time' so to speak.
