Strength, Good Tarot

10.07.2023

Are we accepting the challenges we meet, or are we resisting them and cursing them (to our own detriment)?!

Strength 2 times in 3 days.

"Strength - Endurance" this one says.

What does 'endurance' mean to us?
Are we 'enduring' with calm resolute resolve, or with a flavor of victimhood (aggressiveness or defensiveness)?

The cosmic joke: the more we resist what's happening the more we will have to endure!
The more we will be tested.
The more challenges 'forcing us to endure' we will attract.
#LawOfNature

Maybe we're feeling 'tired of being strong' - might it be because we're 'being strong' in the "wrong" way?!
Look at The Strength card from two days ago - the guy trying to 'capture Strength'.
Are we 'being strong' through fighting? Fighting the challenge, the limitation we feel?
Fighting is resistance projected.
The projection of inner limitations.
And to connect back with yesterday's cards - are we maybe a little too focused on being/having right?
What doesn't bend break... That is, leaves us 'tired of being strong' and eventually exhausted and 'broken' - NOT because of others, not because what happens TO us, but because we 'won't budge/give in'.

Strength is something we need to embody - not something we become, or do.

We're invited to contemplate our relationship with 'endurance' and what we believe Strength is.
What kind of strength do we admire in others, what kind do we abhor - and how does it relate back to US?
Why are we afraid to 'bend', refusing to see it breaks us?

Whatever the answers are, there's no one to blame (not even ourselves) and there's nothing 'wrong'.
It is what it is!
Survival patterns and beliefs that has served us in the past.
Not any longer though!

Time to expand our perspectives and rewrite our beliefs!
