We're so much stronger and courageous than it looks!

Maybe it doesn't look like we're 'doing much', but we are - so let's stop shaming or shrinking ourselves for maybe not 'achieving' in a traditional or immediately visible sense, or for not longing for or valuing achievements in a 'traditional sense'!
For having completely different kinds of goals.

We're doing very courageous work, aligning ourselves with our own inner truth and dreams, putting an end to living others'.
Breaking patterns, breaking with tradition ('doing what's expected'), overwriting old programming - making unconscious material conscious - healing trauma.
Forging our own path, were no one has ever walked before.
It takes time.
And shit loads of inner resolve, strength and courage - and it's ok if we're not feeling it all the time!

We ARE making progress.
