Yes there have been deep contemplations about 'our personal truth and belief systems' lately. Who we WANT to be, and what life we want to create. In contrast to who we were taught to be, what we were taught to believe, and what life we was taught to life - what we 'should pursue and do'.
A lot of reflection upon guilt and shame and about mustering the courage to make the choices we know in our hearts we have to make though others might not understand them, or even 'judge' them.

Thanks to the Mercury Retrograde we have the opportunity to 'go back over it all again', to make sure we're really cementing it. So that when we act on it, it will be we confidence or at least a deep sense of knowing and calm.

Pushing the same agenda and adding to the 'no hurry' theme.

Small consistent actions and constantly checking our alignment is key.
Eventually it will be more a 'muscle memory thing', pure intuition and instinct, but now in the beginning it's very important to 'take our time' - as old patterns, shame and fear WILL creep in more intensively and fiercely than ever before.

SELF-COMPASSION is another key ingredient. And that we are incredibly protective of our energy, and discern closely who we interact with.
We are very easily triggered and 'put out of balance' now.
Though we've become quite quick in regaining balance because of our new level of 'self-respect and confidence' it is important that we are 'kind to ourselves' and not challenge ourselves unnecessarily, as the 'main work' is challenging enough ,:)
And the most important thing for us to engage in.
Life changingly important.
It's very important to not scatter our energy.
