Queen of Wands, Art of Love
"The Queen of Trees loves you as you are"
What if we could do that ourselves?!
"the motivation to create a stronger body."
To make healthier, or rather: more authentic and aligned choices.
The best way to become stronger is to make aligned choices.
To live in accordance with our soul, our purpose, our passions, our deepest joys, our truest wants.
And 'bring our bodies with us', as I've written about so much lately.
Write a new narrative for it.
Enough with the 'I'm not strong enough', enough with disappointment over all the things we cannot (longer) do.
For some reason the body had to become 'weak/sick' for a while. To shake us. To wake us up from sleepwalking - pleasing, following the crowd, fitting in, etc. Force us to re-route.
We needed to be 'held back'.
Now we might feel like the body is holding us back from moving forward into our 'new self', our new direction.
But is it?
Or is it our own memories holding us back?
Memories of how our bodies 'broke down on us'. Bitterness over things it 'took away from us'. Fear that it inevitable will happen again.
And these thoughts we repeat again and again - consciously or unconsciously.
Or it's an unconscious programmed belief (based on (past) experience) that we don't even think about.
We may THINK and even know 'better', but the programmed belief is running in the background - keeping the body stuck in the past.
Clue that this is true:
As long as there are parts of ourselves we don't love, there will always be parts of others we cannot love - and vice versa.
Can we trust in our capacity to 'create a new body'?
Which quantum physics shows us over and over is possible #JoeDispenza
Can we change our beliefs 'before we see it' (see yesterday)?
