Page of Wands + Five of Pent's, Visconti-Sforza + Eden

The last post was about 'seeing the last bout of resistance, question mark', and these cards seems like they are pointing towards a turning of things.

First we have the Golden Visconti-Sforza Tarot, symbolizing 'tradition' in some outdated form. Which is for sure a common reason for resistance - a conscious or unconscious loyalty to outdated traditions or beliefs. We have all heard and maybe we even said it some time - "It's always been (done) this way". And some of these things, running for generations, we don't even know is merely tradition but think of as truths or plain 'rights'.

Now it seems like we've managed to separate ourselves enough from the 'old' to be able to not only look but also begin to move forward out of it - with confidence and anticipation!
We're no longer defined or controlled by 'what was' and merely feeling the fear of leaving the comfort of a stabilizing routine and 'belonging'. It's now become sufficiently clear for us how limiting it is, and has always been, that we can begin to move out of it. Now, and not one moment before.

It's a matter of timing. When it has become truly obvious it's easy to say 'why din't I do it sooner??'
It is something about becoming truly done and fed up with something though. Really sitting in it and feel every inch and corner of it. Getting to know the discomfort really well before we leave it.
That way we won't look back and second-guess our choice.
That way it will be easier to not 'fall back'.

We see this 'change in perspective' in the second card. A card traditionally showing 2 outcast people.
Reversed it shows what's described above - the realisation that 'what was' didn't meet our needs, and now we're moving on. And, than there's the description in this particular P5 - which is quite the opposite to the traditional one. The Eden Tarot is like that! And also, the deck represents 'before the fall', which points to 'restoring peace and harmony'.
