"ready for everything in spirit but not in practical ways"
We do best in giving others, and ourselves, some 'slack'.
"Being young or new at something, mistakes can be expected and are an important part of learning"
The importance of not 'loosing faith' if, or when, we or someone else 'falls back into old tracks'.
For a moment, seemingly, loosing everything we've learned.'
It can be important for the process to dress up in outgrown patterns for a bit, to really feel and experience exactly how outgrown they are! Maybe not immediately, but eventually - by 'comparison'. By comparison to what is growing up in parallell tracks so to speak.
Old relationships compared to new ones we've attracted for example.
It's not always the best or right thing to just cut cords (or advise others to do it), but to 'grow into it'.
As days and weeks go by we WILL 'experience the difference'.
The difference between nourishing relationships and the ones that don't nourish us.
Sometimes it's just 'more healthy' to do it the slow way.
To let transition take time.
To not throw or force (objectively) bad stuff out.
As to not risk 'killing the fire'.
Probably we're now dealing with a matter of feeling safe.
It can be absolutely detrimental to cut out things that represent safety too early.
It's necessary to 'go back and forth between the south and north node' so to speak, and NOT jump prematurely to the North. The North Node represents something foreign to us.
"You may be introduced to something altogether new"
Lets give ourselves, or others, a fair time to learn and embody it :)
