Be careful what you wish for, or troubles enjoying what you've received or achieved?

Yep, we entered that candy store and did some exploration - and it didn't 'go or end up as expected'?

Firstly - it hasn't 'ended up yet' ,:)
Exploring new topics and areas always comes with unexpected challenges, especially if people and emotions are involved.
It inevitably pokes traumas.
Pokes old shame, guilt, fear and all kinds of vulnerabilities and wounds - some which we may never have encountered before.
That in turn triggers the so called defense system - the Inner Critic being a part of it.
"What have you done?" "How could you be so X?" And even if we don't hear that feelings of 'less than' may stir our inside.
Or we project it onto 'the other'. We suddenly feel criticism, arrogance or disrespect in the direction of anyone involved in the so called exploration. All our emotions welled up now, of course it is BECAUSE of them - right?

Nope! Not because of - THANKS to.
Yep. That's the approach and attitude to embrace!
Thank god whatever coming up, comes up!

Or - we feel all this (also) in or from the other. A sort of 'personality shift'.
A) do not take it personally.
They can't help it (either).
AND. We may not be able to help THEM.
They probably have to wrestle their shadows alone - unless they ask for support.

All we can do - the whole point of the Candy Store excavation - is to allow, embrace and accept OUR shadows.
And trust that they know best how to wrestle theirs - give them freedom to wrestle them exactly as they want to.
