Community and friendships - how can we find the 'right' ones, that 'lit our fire' and 'keep it interesting'?

First we see The Fire council gathering.
The sentences that sticks out when I read (R):
"your creative fire needs a focus and an outlet, and this can be hard to maintain when you are on your own" and
"Find others who share your passions and who will help keep your interest alive"

And then I get the Friends deck! ':)

So, what kind of 'others' is it that we need to 'feel alive' and 'live out our purpose'?

Is it a community, or is it more a one-on-one kind of need? (line 4 vs 1)
Or both - for different purposes?
And are we invited to 'change our perspective' regarding both?

Community.
Is it the camp-fire thingy, or a digital version we need? Is it actively participating in 'gatherings', joining chats/threads, or even more passively 'gathering' information/knowledge in 'resource sections'?
What is it that give US context, make US feel like we 'belong', and what are OUR needs when it comes to 'sharing' and 'gathering'?

The personal one(s).
Is what we think we want/need what we ACTUALLY need?! 
Does it have to be an 'equal' (I'm quite the deep contemplative and Joey really isn't ':))?
Is it the other that should be ready (balanced) to meet us were we're at, or the other way around?
Is our heart blocked by a fear of 'they're/I'm not ready (balanced enough)'?
Or the other way around - are we blinded by a 'I take what I can get' (working for mere tips) mindset...?
Are we 'looking down' on someone - deeming them 'not mature' or 'not enough for us' for some reason (just a poor fellow working on the streets)? 
Maybe 'just friends' will turn into something else when things have settled?

Our heart knows all the answers <3
