I have truly no idea why and what's really going on, but the best way to "get out of it" might be to just change out of it.

But man, the mind has got the overhand at the moment!
You know in that creepy way, making you "not recognise yourself".
And it's taking all your power and energy not to get dragged into some demons lair. 
When it's not about 'facing', but rather feels to be about mere surviving.
You can't imagine how, but you just know you have to.
Again.

Show those demons your teeth, and tell them you wont back down - this time either!
There's no need to fight - just don't give in.
