"reasonable fear" - "you may have every reason to feel this emotion but it may be unfounded"

A feeling of 'hanging in mid air'. 
The perception of being "Denied judgement and counsel".
Silence can be a trigger circumstance for suffering. Our heads try to fill the void - with all kinds of noises and arguments.
Very often unfounded - or rather, founded in the past. It makes up stories of what might happen - or not happen. It tries to fill in gaps based on it's own limited perception and perspective. It 'interprets' and twists things until it finally have a 'narrative that explains it'.
"Ah, there!" it utters with relief.
The head is a meaning making machine, and it needs a 'story that makes sense' (reasonable) - and it can only make it 'from the known'. It only trusts the known. It can only find comfort in the known.

However, the conscious mind only constitutes 4% - the unconscious (unknown) hence constitutes 96%...
Hence, it's not rocket science to realise that most of the stories the head make up is "unfounded" or most certainly false or limited to a great degree.

Why use our creativity to make up stories that scare us??
Why not make stories that inspires us, empower us?!

Why not fill in the gaps with possibilities instead of doom and gloom?!
What's that all about?!

It's somehow ingrained in most of human kind that it's 'honorable' to 'prepare for the worst'.
Or in general 'be prepared', and in general for something negative.
But what happens when we focus and pay attention to the negative?
We attract it..! The universe 'gives us more of it'.

Wy not prepare for prosperity and happiness instead?!
Let's loosen up on the 'reasonable' and rational!
It can only take us so far, and now it's time for great leaps!

It's the Age of Aquarius for God's sake! :)
