Nine of Pentacles + Justice, Steampunk + Good

"The self-made woman" + Karma ("what goes around comes around. I'm now seeing evidence of this law in the conditions of my world.)

Oh how I've woken up to the insanity of the modern Self-made Woman (reversed), who is "dependent on no one else".
I feel rather sad when I read the text, which tells a lot about the (self-made...) lady who wrote it.

Oh how I prefer the traditional image, with the lady in the plentiful garden before this "accomplished" lady beside a metal structure and with a subdued wild-bird in her hand. Not allowed to freely expand its wings and hunt for its food.
But sadly the kind of woman who is praised in our "modern" society, as compered to the woman yesterday - the Housewife.

I was one of these. Never got particularly accomplished ><) but I strove for it.
I didn't know anything different. That was what the path you were supposed to go, and school was rather easy for me.
The goal looked so shiny, but life felt emptier and hollower the more I "achieved".
Quite perplexing at the time.
Now I understand "the karma" in it. The sad results of women fighting for the right to be men (making the men feeling obsolete and 'checking out')...!

It have taken me almost a dozen years to 'clean this karma up' for myself.
I'm not "done". The feminine in me was so damn well hidden and overridden, so even though I now 'know what I want' and who I wanna be I realized I "couldn't reach it"...!

Isn't that peculiar?
The degree to which we can be in conflict with nature - our own, and in general?!

Because that's truly how it feels in me. Like a long-standing conflict.
I just "learned that word", from #MelissaSell , and Germanic Healing Knowledge.
The last couple of years I've used the word trauma, but conflict feels so much more to the point.

Looking forward to starting the Bio-Logical Woman course with Melissa!
And hopefully finally 'unblocking the connection' to the feminine in me!
