So, a little bit 'back towards celebration'!
The day before YD we had it. YD there was intense doubt and insecurity. Now maybe not outright celebration, but at least 'a great sense of hope'!

Hope for or regarding what?
"The placement of the 9oC tells you where you will get your wish."

Enters: a happy-go-lucky man in all his glory with his love stick equally happily dangling.

Reversed. What 'hampers the manifestation'?
"Hesitation, fear"

Road forward?
'Minding our own business'. Keep doing our part of the work.
I think about how the woman is shown with her back towards the 'manifestation', deeply focused on the desire and her thoughts, rather than the manifestation itself (the result).
The hesitation will melt away. The calling from the desire will become a greater force than the fear.

"patience, precision and skill"

Always with the little caveat:
"be careful what you wish for because you may get it"

A free-spirited and vulnerable creature like this Fool might not be the easiest fellow to handle :)
