It takes one to shift a relationship - it actually isn't necessarily a team-effort!

'If it's meant to be' that is.
If it's meant to be, it's quite enough that one does the work, authentically.
It's described at length in the Gene Keys teachings, especially in the Venus Sequence.

Either our work and growth pulls the other into the shift (because they're ready), or it pushes them away because they're not interested in growth - or 'not there yet'. And that we better accept and respect - if we want to be happy that is! :)

It's just not a good idea to try and push someone to grow or change, or 'monitor' their work (unless they have asked us).
Even "inspiration" can push people away, if it's "too directed" - EVEN if it's "well intended" (Personally, I think 'good intentions' kill and choke much more than they save and help...).
If not 'timed well' inspiration doesn't inspire, it actually provoke and irritate. (But if that's what you want to do  - go nuts!)

In this sense, we actually have to 'turn our backs' to the other and the relationship and focus on our own work, our own intentions, authentic desires and needs - "and the rest will follow".
If a relationship (or anything) 'is ment to be' it will!!

Either way, the central thing is always that we 'mind our own business' :)
