I intuit (and feel/experience) that 'we're on it', considering the healing theme of the deck (Medicine Woman).
After weeks and months of deep contemplation we're now much more aware of our true values, and what's most important and necessary to us. Venus (going back and forth) in Leo 2023 really helped us, and North Node entering Aries shortly after. Pluto squaring the nodes adding a massive transformational flavor to it!

Now Neptune is finally stationing to move forward again, and any lingering illusion and confusion can be shed - yay!

We know that what we want and need isn't something we can just 'go out and get', it's something we must establish, within - and we're in the middle of doing it!
We've come to know much of what it is we have been clinging tightly to for "support", out of a survival-mindset and outdated beliefs.
We've befriended many of our fears and "excuses" not to move on/forward.
And we're now letting go - and we let be.

This doesn't mean that we're not afraid any more!
It's still scary - but we move forward anyway.
Not in any hurry.
'Bead by bead' a new foundation is established!
And a foundation isn't something you have to cling to - it's just there.
