Five of Swords, Fantasy Showcase Tarot

Do we have the inner resolve and compassion to let people disagree with us, and react from 'their level of awareness'?!

Five of Swords 2 times in 3 days.
Then the 'on the verge of giving up the dream' guy (Romantic Tarot) because of feelings of humiliation.
Here we have a more classical image of S5 - 'the conflict'.

The dance of chasing a dream just out of reach, or going after it 'in the wrong way'.
Or - the slow realisation that there's nothing wrong about how life and events unfold. As the journey (for some of us) is about learning about our dreams, ourselves, and our purpose, not necessarily about finding or achieving 'a/the dream' as quickly as possible - because, then what?!

It's 'perfectly normal' to go through 'loss and humiliation' and to encounter people who promptly 'leaves the scene' when we 'speak up', or show a new kind of self-assurance. People who don't like our change in direction or don't 'like what they hear' (because it's not in line with their beliefs).
This scene could lead back to the 'giving up the dream' image in the previous S5, if we 'take others' reactions to heart'. If we 'take on the blame for the outcome' - because we 'had another outcome in mind', or because we swallow a blame projected unto us. If we resist the consequences of our actions/words or how things are and unfold. 

We have the opportunity to review the concept of 'conflict'.
We have the opportunity to see it as a part of the unfolding. A part of karma - for us and for them (we attract what we need).
To 'let people react/go/do as they feel they need' - to let people not understand us! 
Contemplate the fact that 'disagreement' doesn't equal failure.
To allow the feeling of separation.
Accept that there's timing to 'talking things through'.
Allow others not to want to 'see it from another perspective'.
And - realize that as long as WE can't embrace all this, WE are the ones incapable of seeing it from that perspective :D
