Loss and poverty!

I get the sense that this it picturing the emotional process of transmutation.
It's super awesome this "new us", who can manage things with a level of emotional awareness we've never possessed before! I refer to what I have been writing about the past two days in particular. This newfound capacity to navigate relationship matters, such as managing both "being (feeling) rejected" and new exciting encounters with a 'level head' and a great portion of 'objectivity'.

But this 'new us' is also the death of something familiar - the us we used to be, for so long. AND, and the loss of the familiar scenes/events/dramas which that Self used to engage in.
No matter how painful, it was our 'home'. What gave us a sense of 'belonging'.
Yep, belonging in our society often comes through 'sharing dysfunction', or trauma bonding/dependence ,:)

Again, not many moment of true fun and pleasure in that, and for sure not a sense of freedom, but 'belonging' nonetheless. And belonging is a survival thing, so of course it 'goes deep'.

So here we stand, "between two worlds".
Super happy that we've reached the level of emotional awareness and authenticity we have, and have experienced the kind of freedom that comes with that - but it have 'cost us our home' in a sense.
And now we're afraid that we will never find a new home. A new place to belong to.

It's a strange place this, feeling light and free but utterly alone and rootless at the same time!
It's important to embrace the feelings, and honor the grieving process, but even more important to not "overdo" it and make grieving our new home..!
The Sun just entered Scorpio so it might be extra tempting ;)

Not over-emphasize what we've lost, but what we've gained and why we had to lose it - let it go!
