It's like moving houses.
While we might be super excited moving to a new place - maybe bigger, moving in with a partner, or moving out/scaling down - it's often mixed with a bit of sadness leaving the old.
A favorite spot, that awesome tree leaving such delicious fruits, all the nooks and crannies we've gotten used to.
The familiar and comfortable, compared to the new, unfamiliar and unknown we're moving towards.

These feelings are nothing to be afraid of.
And neither should we 'take them at face value', as this kind of fear is written in our genes.
Fear of change and the unknown.

We do well to sit wit it. Pause for a bit. Acknowledge it.
"Allow it, accept it, embrace it" as Richard Rudd so elegantly phrases it.
That's how we transform and transmute a feeling of (collective) fear into higher frequency.
