It takes lots of organization, work and caring to build a family, or some kind of 'new way of living'.
(highly important, as the way we're living collectively isn't sustainable)

Let's not focus on getting things 'under control' and count every penny - let's focus on the present moment, and what wealth and fulfillment means to US - investing our resources what WE believe in.
Also - we're not 'bad dads' for not 'being on top of everything'. This is not a time for knowing, making plans and being rigid, but a time for feeling, caring, nurturing, building something without instructions, in alignment with the flow of the moment.
And - counting the smiles :)

Maybe we're doing things 'the (seemingly) wrong way'. Or "unladylike" as is mentioned in the book.
But let's not take it personally if others don't understand or seems to care - or that WE ourselves may not fully understand what we are doing ':)
Let them be them, and let's carry on being US (everyone else is taken) and doing OUR thing.
Focus on the present moment, what's in front of us.

Let's do like Frances Hamerstrom and pave new ways!
And not sheeplike following the proverbial 'father' - inner or outer voices telling us how we 'should' do things, because that's how it has always been done.
She doesn't give 'the father' a single thought, she's totally present with the creature, her task, her passion.
