There's always more to learn, practice and experience, but we are already 'versed enough to offer our gifts' and actually be of great help!

A little acknowledgement on how far we've come!

There's no coincidence that we're in such control over our emotions nowadays, and calmly can support others on their emotional journey. Support without being smothering. Offer our gifts without demanding that they ARE accepted or received, or HOW they are received and utilized. Trusting that the other knows best what to do with our gift and support.

"A leader is best when people barely know that he exists. When the work is done they will all say: We did it ourselves!"

We've taken radical emotional responsibility for years now, really digging deep and 'working diligently'. Like the apprentice we see in the first card - which the King now "has in his back" while offering his gifts.

This because it's not that we've only worked on and learned stuff about ourselves. Studies and keen observations has taught us a lot about "how inner things work in general", tools have taught us how some things work in particular, so that we now actually can advice and support others too - through this mix of personal experience and deep studies.

That's apprenticeship - theory, observation and practice combined.
