Embracing an attitude of less self-consciousness and less 'doing to get something out of it'.

First we have the lady staring in her mirror. "How do I look? How am I perceived??"
Like that's more important than how SHE FEELS, and what she WANTS to put out there and radiate.
And - as the poplar saying goes - don't give a fuck about what others think!!

I'm not much for the "fuck-culture". I lean more towards to plainly not take it personally what others think about us!
Let them think!
Now it's super important that we focus more on who we WANT to be. It's the only way to both attract people we actually want to be with and create the kind of relationships we want - deep and meaningful ones.
It's only possible if we're 'being ourselves'!
And by that attract others being themselves, and matching us - our energy and frequency.

If we focus on 'how we look' or how others 'should perceive us', we're operating at a lower frequency, and WILL attract others on the same frequency, and create relationships on it too.

The same goes for a need to 'get something out of it'. Only giving when we know we 'get something back'. It amounts to holding our love back. Conditional love in other words.
No true, vulnerable and deep relationship can come from that.
We must be brave enough to be ourselves, and 'give what we are here to give' - no matter what.
No matter what we 'get back', with no expectations on the outcome.

We can have a deep desire for an outcome - a deep and meaningful relationship for example - but must leave the 'how and when to the universe', and focus on what frequency we operate on and from, and the universe will deliver in accordance :)
