I don't know who's card this is ,:)
It's neither mine, nor my friends. I think - haven't talked with her for a day now!
But personally I don't feel particularly 'emotional' or the threat of 'falling into it'. Nothing going on to 'walk away from'.
Maybe a 'heads up', who knows!
Time will tell.

I see someone 'climbing out of overwhelm', or maybe on the verge of being tilted back into it.
And the inherent "solution" or advice to 'walk away from' it, considering the 'traditional meaning' of 8oC.

Or, as the LWB says,
"To get what you want you'll need to go down a new path."
Some sort of reality-check - waking up out of our (Cosmic) Slumber.
