Clean Up Your Mess, The Answer Is Simple

26.11.2023

Are things really as messy as we perceive/think/believe?

In the book I read a lot about "the prideful ego". About creating all sorts of "mess" because of it.
Mostly about 'hurting and creating (emotional) damage to others' (or ourselves).
And about 'owning it'
"return to the scene of the crime and, from your Spirit, set things right"

Yes, 'failure' is probably the best way to sum it up.
We can feel it in our whole body.
Such agony.

But... then I take a long look at the card itself, and smile to myself!
Are things really that messy?!

All I see is either residues from having shaped/formed those trees, or a natural 'fall off' (trees dropping leaves is a natural and necessary part of the life cycle).

AGAIN we have an image of 'disruption of our old programming' - being perceived as damage, hurt, mess.
Something that has to be fixed, and 'returned to order'.
A longing for the FORMER order that is?!

"Offer your help to pick up the pieces - don't ignore the damage done"
Were is the damage?
Sure, one might argue that the shaping of the trees is quite unnatural (and even ugly ;)), but are they really damaged?
And how would it help to 'pick up the pieces' and put them back?!
What's done is done (and it must have been a quite conscious choice to make those shapes ,:).
And if it's natural shedding it would certainly NOT help to try putting the leaves back.

So again it's probably and mostly our egos (programming) that do NOT care for how we've begun to do and order (shape/form) things lately. Trauma responses all over the place - in us, or around/reflected back to us.
Or a deep sense of grief or loss over what's 'cut/fallen off' and 'had to go' in the process.

At first we SO longed to shape/form our life in a new way, and thought we wouldn't mind losing what had to go - but we do.
