Swollen with a lot of new information and tools, it's easy to feel somewhat lost, confused and down - remember to only act and respond from true and pure feelings, not the ones full of fear! All will be well!

Something has 'happened'. We have found something. We are "swollen with something new".
Something that we don't fully know what to do with.
Or, we actually know we don't have to DO anything, but we know that our life 'will never be the same again'. We know we have to review all and everything we do, and are. It WILL change us.
This is uncomfortable and disconcerting for ANY system.
Unconscious content coming to the surface.

This can of course induce all sorts of feelings. A creeping sense from not knowing in from out, up from down. Which can be confused with 'not being in control', with 'being imbalanced'.
It's uncomfortable, this intense feeling of 'not knowing who we are any more' - as if we ever knew?!
Do not fear my dear!!
One can be confused, even highly uncertain, and STILL be in control.
By not trying to 'get away' from the (feeling of) confusion. And just let it be.
One can be perfectly on the right path though feeling 'gloomy' and quite lost.
It's a natural phase in any real growth and major change.

It's natural to fear change.
Take comfort in that this is not a change we have to DO. It's a change we just have to let happen.
Things will develop perfectly by themselves!
As long as we don't fall pray to any fear, feeling or story of doom, but just observe and embrace them as the passing things they are.
