No, we didn't 'miss an opportunity' - we took emotional responsibility and turned down something not in alignment with our deepest values and needs, while burning brightly.

As so often before, thoughts pop up afterwards.
Should we have acted differently?
Did we really 'say the right thing'?
Did we let something precious slip through our fingers?

Let's look at it with sober eyes. 'Cut through (sword) to the core'.
This is an awesome opportunity to 'change the narrative', to rewrite some old stories and break/cut patterns (unconscious programs #BruceLipton ) that don't serve us.
Time to assume the role of the leader - and not let our emotions, programming or patterns take charge!

We acted, spoke or wrote exactly what we needed to - in that moment.
Let's take as many breaths and moments as needed to allow that to be the truth, and write that over all the old stories and narratives the mind wants to repeat (yet again).
Kindly bid any thoughts that don't serve us, or that we can't do anything about, farewell.
Allowing all emotions (cup).

Once allowance for what is have been fully given, it will eventually and naturally slip into acceptance.
Whatever we can't accept we haven't allowed enough!

So, a brilliant opportunity to taste, feel and experience the nuances of allowance and acceptance, and practice #RadicalResponsibility and #Reparenting and #Reprogramming
