Who do we wanna be when things doesn't develop quite as we 'hoped', when our wounds gets exposed?!

The victim and the sour one, or the one honoring the connection and the friendship?
Letting others use their free will - freely! How they god damn wish, even if it doesn't 'match' our immediate or instinctual wish.

No crime has been made. Not even something 'wrong'.
Us FEELING so doesn't make it so!
NOR does it make our feelings wrong.
They're REAL - they're just not especially true at the moment :)

Can we go beyond our perceived hurt?
Let it be there in all it's glory, and realise it's coming from expectations grounded in attachment and neediness. A reflexive wanting of particular attention or responses.
Not 'geting it' triggers the age-old abandonment wound.

We're not being 'unsuccessful' (victory is common keyword for upright W6).
We're not being 'turned down' (reversed) or treated 'badly'.
It's just a matter of another 'making choices we don't like' (accept) - and our head making up all kinds of stories about it, and reasons for it!

We now have the most awesome opportunity to transmute a lot of this pain.
Overwrite old programming.

This is also how truly strong trusting relationships are built.
By throwing out all forms of judgement, and by not projecting hurt.

This isn't how we ALWAYS should react and behave, but NOW we have an opportunity to 'build character' (theme of deck 2).
Who do we wanna be when we don't 'get what we (think we) want'? When people make choices we don't like? When things don't take the turns we wished? (Wish says nothing about were things will end by the way :))
