Though we since like forever have tried to bandage our wounded hearts so meticulously, it still hurts.
We still get triggered.
There are still people, behaviors and words that can penetrate even the thickest layers!

Determined to expand, grow and build (a) new life!

Maybe we don't feel the greatest of confidence, but we resolutely keep moving forward in (what we hope is ;)) alignment and a direction of growth!
