Saying yes only to things that nurture others AND (first and foremost) ourselves!

'Stepping out of character' (yesterday) takes it's toll on the mind (our programming)!

Also today we get a card talking about 'ebbs and flows in our emotional life'.
There's a lot happening - more than we can absorb and process.
We're in a process of growth, or 'Shapeshifting' even.

It's not ugly nor bad to 'need (and want) time away' from our loved ones!

Who do we wanna be when things doesn't develop quite as we 'hoped', when our wounds gets exposed?!

It's like the cards are out of ideas, and merely concludes - another year has reached the end ,:)
